All quotes, stories and words on this page have been sent in by our visitors,
who kindly took the time to send us some really lovely emails!Everyone always tells their friends they'll be "Best Friends Forever", but how often does that last. You might be best friends one year, pretty good friends the next year, don't talk that often the next year, and don't want to talk at all the year after that.
So, I just wanted to say, even if I never talk to you again in my life, you are special to me and you have made a difference in my life, I look up to you, respect you, and truly cherish you.
Tell this to all your friends, no matter how often you talk, or how close you are, and tell it to the person who told it to you. Let old friends know you haven't forgotten them, and tell new friends you never will. Remember, everyone needs a friend, someday you might feel like you have no friends at all, just remember this letter and take comfort in knowing somebody out there cares about you and always will.
Eleanor Roosevelt wrote:*Many people will walk in and out of your life, But only true friends will leave footprints in your heart.
*To handle yourself, use your head; To handle others, use your heart.
*Anger is only one letter short of danger.
*If someone betrays once, it is his fault; If he betrays you twice, it is your fault.
*Great minds discuss ideas; Average minds discuss events; Small minds discuss people.
*He who loses money, loses much; He who loses a friend, loses much more; He who loses faith, loses all.
*Beautiful young people are accidents of nature, But beautiful old people are works of art.
*Learn from the mistakes of others You can't live long enough to make them all yourself.
*Friends, you and me..You brought another friend.and we started our group. our circle of friends..and like a circle..there is no beginning or end.
*Yesterday is history. Tomorrow is mystery. Today is a gift. This is why we call it the present.

I Believe...
... that you can do something in an instant that will give you heartache for life.
.that it's taking me a long time to become the person I want to be.
... that you should always leave loved ones with loving words. It may be the last time you see them.
...that you can keep going long after you can't.
... that we are responsible for what we do, no matter how we feel.
... that either you control your attitude or it controls you.
... that regardless of how hot and steamy a relationship is at first, the passion fades and there had better be something else to take its place.
... that heroes are the people who do what has to be done when it needs to be done, regardless of the consequences.
.that money is a lousy way of keeping score.
... that my best friend and I can do anything or nothing and have the best time.
... that sometimes the people you expect to kick you when you're down, will be the ones to help you get back up.
... that sometimes when I'm angry I have the right to be angry, but that doesn't give me the right to be cruel.
... that just be cause someone doesn't love you the way you want them to doesn't mean they don't love you with all they have.
... that maturity has more to do with what types of experiences you've had and what you've learned from them and less to do with how many birthdays you've celebrated.
... that it isn't always enough to be forgiven by others. Sometimes you have to learn to forgive yourself.
... that no matter how bad your heart is broken the world doesn't stop for your grief.
... that our background and circumstances may have influenced who we are, but we are responsible for who we become.
... that just because two people argue, it doesn't mean they don't love each other And just because they don't argue, it doesn't mean they do.
... that you shouldn't be so eager to find out a secret. It could change your life forever.
... that two people can look at the exact same thing and see something totally different.
... that your life can be changed in a matter of hours by people who don't even know you.
... that even when you think you have no more to give, when a friend cries out to you, you will find the strength to help.
... that credentials on the wall does not necessarily make you a decent human being.
... that the people you care about most in life are taken from you too soon.
.that you never lose by loving; you only lose by holding back.
.that you don't ever truly realize what you have until it's gone.
.that a friend is an angel who lifts you up when you've forgotten how to fly.
.that courage is the art of being the only one who knows you're scared to death.
.that the human heart know things the eyes do not see, and feels things the mind can not understand.
.that some things are worth waiting for....even if you end up waiting forever.
.that if you don't take a chance, you will never know what could have been.
.that friends will praise you when you are right, but it takes a true friend to tell you when you are wrong.
.that a real friend is one who walks in when the rest of the world walks out.
.that what appears to be the end may really be a new beginning.
.that a smile happens in a flash, but its memory can last a lifetime.
.that in the book of life, the answers aren't in the back.
.that life is not measured by the moments of breath you take, but by the breath-taking moments.
.that everyone wants to go to Heaven, but no one wants to die.
.that nothing on earth makes life more worthwhile than the sunshine and warmth of a beautiful smile.

Rules To Live By
* If you are going to walk on thin ice, you might as well dance.* If they give you ruled paper, write the other way.
* I always knew that when I looked back on my tears, I'd laugh; but I never thought when I looked back on my laughter, I'd cry.
* Sometimes I wish I were a little kid again; skinned knees are easier to fix than broken hearts.
* Never frown because you never know who might be falling in love with your smile.
* Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and discover they were the big things.
* At least 5 people in this world, love you so much they would die for you.
* At least 15 people in this world love you, in some way.
* The only reason anyone would ever hate you, is because they want to be just like you.
* A smile from you, can bring happiness to anyone, even if they don't like you.
* Every night, someone thinks about you before they go to sleep.
* You mean the world to someone.
* Without you, someone may not be living.
* You are special and unique, in your own way.
* Someone that you don't know even exists, loves you.
* When you make the biggest mistake ever, something good comes from it.
* When you think the world has turned it's back on you, take a look, you most likely turned your back on the world.
* When you think you have no chance at getting what you want, you probably won't get it, but if you believe in yourself, you probably sooner or later will get it.
* Always remember complements you received, forget about the rude remarks.
* Always tell someone how you feel about them, you will feel much better when they know.
*If you have a great friend, take the time to let them know that they're great.

"Listen to the Whisper"
A young and successful executive was traveling down a neighborhood street going a bit too fast in his new Jaguar. He was watching for kids darting out from between parked cars and slowed down when he thought he saw something. As his car passed, no children appeared. Instead, a brick smashed into the Jag's side door! He slammed on the brakes and spun the Jag back to the spot where the brick had been thrown. He jumped out of the car, grabbed some kid and pushed him up against a parked car shouting "What was that all about and who are you? Just what the heck are you doing?" Building up a head of steam he went on. "That's a new car and that brick you threw is going to cost a lot of money. Why did you do it!?"
"Please mister, please. I'm sorry, I didn't know what else to do, pleaded the youngster. "I threw the brick because no one else would stop..."
Tears were dripping down the boy's chin as he pointed around the parked car. "It's my brother," he said. He rolled off the curb and fell out of his wheelchair and I can't lift him up." Sobbing the boy asked the executive, "Would you please help me get him back into his wheelchair? He's hurt and he's too heavy for me."
Moved beyond words, the driver tried to swallow the rapidly swelling lump in his throat. He lifted the young man back into the wheelchair and took out his handkerchief and wiped the scrapes and cuts, checking to see that everything was going to be okay. "Thank you and Blessed Be."the grateful child said to him.
The man watched the little boy push his brother down the sidewalk toward his home. He never did repair the side door. He kept the dent to remind him not to go through life so fast that someone has to throw a brick at you to get your attention.
The Goddess whispers in your soul and speaks to your heart. Sometimes when you don't have time to listen, She has to throw a brick at you.
It is your choice: Listen to the whisper--or wait for the brick.

BEDTIME PRAYERS
Rock me to sleep oh lord and lady,
Fill my dreams with love thats true;
Keep away all thats bane and scary.
Mother Goddess tuck me in;
Father God watch over me,
Please protect me keith and kin And all I love;

Night night air and night night fire,
I'll see you both tommorow;
Night night water and night night earth
